Schedule: - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - Day Shift: 7:00 AM –
7:30 PM Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and
detail-oriented MRI Technologist to join our imaging team in Grove
City, OH. The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing
high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans, ensuring
patient safety, and providing exceptional care throughout the
imaging process. Key Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform MRI
examinations according to physician orders and departmental
protocols. - Prepare and position patients to ensure accurate and
safe imaging results. - Operate MRI equipment and monitor image
quality for diagnostic accuracy. - Screen patients for
contraindications to MRI procedures (e.g., implants, pacemakers,
metal fragments). - Administer contrast materials as required,
following safety guidelines. - Maintain accurate patient records
and imaging documentation. - Collaborate with radiologists and
other healthcare professionals to support patient diagnosis and
care. - Adhere to all radiation safety, infection control, and
patient confidentiality policies. Certificates / Licensure
Requirements: - ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists) certification in MRI required. - Ohio State
Radiologic License required. - BLS (Basic Life Support)
certification through AHA required.
