Weekly Salary: $1,550 - $1,660 Registered Nurse Qualifications -
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Ohio nursing jobs preferred
- BLS Certification required prior to first shift - ACLS
Certification required prior to first shift - Minimum of 1 year of
bedside clinical experience required (2 years highly desired) -
Strong communication and teamwork skills Med/Surg RN
Responsibilities - Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within
8 hours of patient admission - Develop individualized care plans in
collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary
healthcare teams - Accurately document assessments, interventions,
and patient responses - Participate actively in patient
rehabilitation programs and discharge planning - Provide direction,
training, and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel - Promote
patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital policies and
procedures - Communicate changes in patient status to care team
members to ensure continuity of care - Contribute positively to
team building and a supportive healthcare work environment - Assume
charge nurse responsibilities as requested after orientation -
