Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Summary – Critical Care Float Pool RN - Provide nursing care in a float pool, covering multiple Intensive Care Units (ICUs) based on staffing needs and patient acuity - Float to various units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICUs, Medical ICUs, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, SICU/MICU/NCCU - Work weekend day shifts (3x12 hours, 7:00AM–7:30PM, 36 hours per week) - Deliver care to critically ill patients, adapting quickly to different ICU settings - Implement nursing interventions such as IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management - Use EPIC electronic medical record system proficiently - Ensure compliance with hospital float policies, only floating to units of equivalent or lower acuity - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient care - Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required - Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred 3142104 About Reliant Staffing Solutions/RSS Medical Reliant Staffing Solutions – Connecting Healthcare Professionals Nationwide Since 2016, Reliant Staffing Solutions has been proudly serving clients and candidates across the healthcare ecosystem.
