Position requires familiarity with the treatment of adults with various mental health and substance use disorders. The unit will have a patient ratio of 1:4 during most of the day. During night shifts, the ratio changes to 1:6. The facility supports a culture of teamwork and quality patient care. Candidates must exhibit pleasant demeanor, attention to detail, and strong work ethics. Preferred candidates will have experience with common diagnoses such as alcohol and drug addiction, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, psychosis, and schizophrenia.
