Med/Surg RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Opportunity – Hematology
Oncology RN – Ohio Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Columbus,
Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 36 hours per week;
self-scheduling with request input; weekend coverage variable based
on unit needs Highlights: Hematology Oncology unit caring for
patients with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, acute and chronic
leukemias, sickle cell disease, and other hematologic conditions
Staffing ratio goal of 1:4, may flex to 1:5 depending on census
Epic EMR system; 72 hours of orientation including on-unit
preceptorship Oncology experience preferred but not required;
Med/Surg experience is required ONS certification preferred and may
include additional compensation Floating to other Med/Surg and
Oncology units as needed Requirements: Active RN license (Compact
or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission) BLS and ACLS
certifications required Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or telemetry
experience required Epic charting experience required OCN
certification preferred Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE
accredited program Two professional references required, including
at least one from a manager or supervisor Proficiency in telemetry
interpretation, IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product
administration, central line management, and feeding tube care
Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon
