This full-time, employed opportunity offers an ideal blend of clinic, surgical, and call responsibilities — plus exceptional compensation and benefits. ? Position Overview - ??? Specialty: OB/GYN – Full-Time, Employed - ? Schedule: - Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM - 3–3.5 days clinic 1 OR day/week - Call Rotation: 1:4 to 1:5 (shared) - Midwives cover 1:3 call - Traditional clinic call model - Robotic surgery interest preferred - Opportunity to teach residents (optional) - Must live within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals - New grads welcome Compensation & Benefits (PERM ROLE) - Guaranteed Base Salary: $285,000 - Sign-On Bonus Option: - Up to $100,000, OR - Loan forgiveness, OR - 50/50 split between the two - Annual CME: $5,000 5 days - ?
