As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in upholding our mission of delivering exceptional care by managing patient health problems and needs, developing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate treatments Administer medications and document therapeutic effects Prepare, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Maintain accurate patient records and report any variance in standard practices Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding care processes Supervise junior nurses and healthcare support staff Excellent patient care and clinical skills Ability to maintain detailed records Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k State Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
