Job Description:

will play a critical role in continuing our mission of serving the
community through patient-centered healthcare with the latest
technologies and innovative treatments. You will work closely with
a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive nursing care in a
supportive and rewarding environment focused on professional growth
and excellence in healthcare. Assess patients' health problems and
needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and home
health aides. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in
compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations. Strong
clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills Ability to work well in a team and to manage
multiple priorities effectively Proficient in using healthcare
software and systems Knowledge of safety guidelines and procedures
in patient care Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio Basic
Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) certification preferred
