Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,357 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Perianesthesia Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Charge experience preferred Description: The role involves working in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The shift consists of 2-12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 and 2-8 hour shifts from 23:00 to 07:30. Weekend requirements include working 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule. The position may require experience with a patient ratio of 2 for days, nights, and weekends. The ideal candidate should have experience with telemetry, ventilator management, and trauma at level 1. Special skills required include blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, and managing central lines. Familiarity with conscious sedation, dysrhythmia management, and various surgical specialties is also needed. Candidates should have the ability to assess and manage pain effectively. Participation in interdisciplinary support teams is expected. Candidates must complete fingerprinting as part of compliance requirements. References from professional managers or directors are a requirement for submission.
