Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,125 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Patient ratio experience required - Charting system experience required - Trauma Level I experience preferred Description: This position involves providing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit. The nurse will manage patient recovery from anesthesia. The role requires proficiency in telemetry and ventilator management. The nurse will demonstrate knowledge of various skill sets including conscious sedation and dysrhythmia recognition. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort. The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. A flexible schedule is necessary, with weekend shifts as part of the rotation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
