for a school based PhysicalTherapist provide services to ONE
student in their home or mutual public meeting location, in Marion,
OH 43302, MUST BE IN PERSON. We require for you to have: Active
Ohio Physical Therapy License Active Ohio Department of Education
Certificate Compensation: $70 to bill for 1 hour pre-case record
review $70/hr to attend IEP meeting $20 flat per cancel of session
