Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,251 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Critical Care Float Pool RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Weekend Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU experience License: Valid compact or state nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Proficiency with EPIC - IV start experience - Telemetry experience - Ventilator management experience Description: Join our Critical Care Float Pool for weekend night shifts. Flexibility to meet unit needs as they arise. Nurses will float to a variety of ICUs based on staffing and patient acuity. The ICUs include Neuro, Surgical, Medical, and Cardiology/Diagnostics. Nurses are required to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity. Emergency and critical patient care is a key focus. Previous travel nursing experience is strongly preferred. Nurses should be comfortable with various medical procedures and protocols. This position involves working with patients experiencing a wide range of critical conditions. Continuous education and training opportunities are available. Clinical collaboration with interdisciplinary support teams is essential for patient care. Candidates must have strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple high-acuity patients simultaneously is important. Candidates should be proactive in assessing and responding to patient needs. Must adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care is crucial.
