provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Mixed shift schedule
including two 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) and two
8-hour night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM) per week. Weekend
requirement of 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule. Patient ratio of
2:1. 36 hours of orientation provided. Highlights: - 20-bed
Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (Phase I PACU) serving adult and
geriatric populations with daily census of 30-50 patients - Level I
Trauma experience preferred with comprehensive case mix including
cardiac, neuro, bariatrics, vascular, and orthopedic procedures -
Extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory
services, lift teams, rapid response teams, and pharmacy -
Experience with advanced monitoring, ventilated patients, central
line management, IV vasopressors, and external ventricular drains -
13-week travel assignment with comprehensive orientation and
support - Former employees eligible to return after 6 months away
from facility Requirements: - Active RN license (Compact or Ohio
state license required at time of submission) - Minimum 2 years of
recent PACU or critical care nursing experience - Current ACLS and
BLS certifications required; NIHSS required; CCRN preferred - Level
I Trauma experience strongly preferred - Experience with telemetry,
ventilators, dysrhythmia recognition, conscious sedation, and pain
management - Proficiency with electronic charting systems required
- Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program - Flu vaccine
required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required -
2 professional references required, including at least one from a
manager, director, or formal supervisor - Ability to complete Ohio
fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing Why It's a
