Revolution Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Oncology - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, flexible, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Hematology Oncology RN – Ohio Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts, 36 hours per week; self-scheduling with request input; weekend coverage variable based on unit needs Highlights: - Hematology Oncology unit caring for patients with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, acute and chronic leukemias, sickle cell disease, and other hematologic conditions - Staffing ratio goal of 1:4, may flex to 1:5 depending on census - Epic EMR system; 72 hours of orientation including on-unit preceptorship - Oncology experience preferred but not required; Med/Surg experience is required - ONS certification preferred and may include additional compensation - Floating to other Med/Surg and Oncology units as needed Requirements: - Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission) - BLS and ACLS certifications required - Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg or telemetry experience required - Epic charting experience required - OCN certification preferred - Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program - Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager or supervisor - Proficiency in telemetry interpretation, IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, central line management, and feeding tube care - Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract acceptance Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work with a diverse hematology and oncology patient population while developing specialized skills in chemotherapy administration, oncologic emergencies, and complex IV therapies.
