12-hour night shifts, floating required as needed Highlights: -
Oncology pod within a dynamic Emergency Department setting - 1:4
nurse-to-patient ratio for optimal care delivery - EPIC charting
system in use facility-wide - 15-room, 19-bed unit serving diverse
patient populations including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and
geriatrics - Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including
respiratory services, radiology, social services, and pharmacy -
14-week contract with potential for up to 7 consecutive days off
(subject to facility approval) Requirements: - Active RN license
(Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission) -
Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience required -
Oncology experience preferred but not required - EPIC charting
system experience required - Current certifications: BCLS, ACLS,
NIHSS, and PALS - Proficient in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
- Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program - 2
professional references required (at least 1 from manager/director
or formal leadership) - Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process
