Ohio Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule:
3x12 night shifts per week; 1-2 weekends per 4-week schedule; 2:1
patient ratio Highlights: - Critical care environment with Level 1
Trauma experience preferred - Complex patient population including
ventilator management, telemetry, and critical interventions -
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams,
respiratory services, lift teams, and rapid response - 20-bed unit
with daily census of 30-50 patients; 36-hour orientation provided -
Care for adult and geriatric populations with advanced critical
care needs - No time off approved between February 15 and February
28, 2026 Requirements: - Active RN license (compact or Ohio state
license required at time of submission) - Current ACLS, BLS, and
NIHSS certifications required; CCRN preferred - Minimum 2 years of
ICU/critical care experience - Proficiency with ventilator
management, telemetry, blood product administration, and critical
care interventions - Experience with dysrhythmia recognition, IV
vasopressors, central line management, and conscious sedation -
Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program - 2
professional references required, including at least one from a
manager or director - Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting
