Revolution Healthcare Services is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Columbus, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 16 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Progressive Care Unit RN – Columbus, Ohio Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, self-scheduling with variable weekend coverage based on unit needs. Patient ratios goal of 1:4, may flex to 1:5. Highlights: - Mixed acuity PCU/Med-Surg surgical oncology unit caring for adults and geriatric patients - Specialized focus on surgical oncology, hepatobiliary, colorectal, and plastic/reconstructive surgery patients - 72 hours of orientation including dedicated preceptor support on the unit - Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, and rapid response - 16-week assignment with one pre-approved time off period - May float to other acute care oncology units as needed Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required - Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission) - BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required - ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred - Epic charting experience required - Experience with cardiac telemetry, chest tube management, dysrhythmia interpretation, and management - Proficiency with chemotherapy administration, blood transfusions, insulin and heparin drips, and oncologic emergencies - Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program - Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director level) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced surgical oncology environment where you'll care for a diverse patient population while utilizing advanced PCU skills.
