Job Description:
Mount Carmel Health System seeks a dedicated RN, Registered

optimal patient outcomes. As a member of our team, you will have
the opportunity to work in dynamic environments and impact the
lives of patients and their families positively. Assess patient
health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care
plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to
ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients
on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case
management. Supervise and plan assignments for nursing staff.
Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle intensive care and emergency
situations Proficient in using healthcare software and systems
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
