We operate five central Ohio hospitals Mount Carmel East, West, St. Anns, New Albany, and Grove City, each providing cutting-edge medical care. As a Registered Nurse at Mount Carmel, you will play a critical role in continuing our commitment to excellence by delivering high-quality care and ensuring patient safety in a supportive and innovative environment. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals. Administer medications, monitor patient recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families on post-hospital care. Maintain patient records and adhere to hospital standards, including safety, infection control, and protocols. Participate in the development of nursing care standards and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care. Strong clinical skills with a proficiency in medical software and adherence to clinical protocols. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to ethical principles in patient care and confidentiality. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of Ohio. BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
