Staff Physical Therapists are responsible for direct patient care,
evaluating and treating a variety of individuals based upon the
setting. The successful candidate will exhibit strong customer
service skills, clinical skills, documentation, and patient
outcomes. They must practice with high moral and professional
standards and be driven toward continuous professional development.
Effective time management and teamwork skills are essential
qualities that will allow success in contributing to operations.
Responsibilities also include supervision and development of
assistants involved in the care of patients. This position focuses
on outpatient physical therapy for pediatric and neuro populations.
The role includes both evaluation and treatment, as well as
supervision of support staff. Collaboration with a
multidisciplinary team is required, including co-treatment if
indicated. Candidates must reside outside a 60-mile radius.
