Rate: $2917.00 - $3006.00 Pharmacist needed asap REQUIRED SKILLS:
CURRENT HOSPITAL-BASED EXPERIENCE OF AT LEAST 3 YEARS IS REQUIRED.
IF THE CANDIDATE HAS BEEN IN RETAIL FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS, THEY WILL
BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY - NO EXCEPTIONS. Clinical RPh will work 40
hours/week, varied shifts with a weekend/holiday rotation in a
260-bed hospital. Active Ohio Pharmacist license required with at
least 3 years of current hospital-based experience required at the
time of submission. New grads or candidates with mostly retail
experience will not be considered. Experience with Epic/Willow a
plus! Required Qualifications Pharmacist, Acute Experience: 2 years
Licenses: PHARM-OH SSN Required DOB Required Preferred
