Must-Have: Local and reliable candidates Description: This position
has no maximum bill rate. Please source candidates who can commit
to up to 2 days a week, with 4 to 24 hours depending on need and
preference. Responsible for assessing clients' physical capacities
and psychosocial functions using standardized and non-standardized
assessment tools. Plans, coordinates, and implements occupational
therapy group or individual treatment plans for clients. Determines
appropriate therapy techniques and sequences treatment plans with
overall client benefit in mind. Provides consultation regarding
client progress and recommendations for treatment. Integrates plans
with other programs to ensure comprehensive care. Participates in
the planning, organizing, and controlling of occupational therapy
services and procedures. Acts as an interdisciplinary team member.
Assesses and locates suitable adaptive equipment for clients.
Documents evaluations, observations, and assessments of client
performance. Records treatment plans and revisions accurately.
Requisitions supplies and equipment as needed. Maintains thorough
records of therapy sessions. Keeps abreast of current knowledge
relevant to occupational therapy through continued education and
training. Attends staff meetings regularly. Requirements Required
