We are seeking anexperienced and mission-driven Chief Medical Officer to lead clinical servicesat our community-focused healthcare organization in Canton, OH. The CMO willoversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and providecollaborative leadership to our medical and advanced practice provider teams.This is an excellent opportunity for a physician leader dedicated to improvingcommunity health and driving clinical excellence. Responsibilities: Provide collaborativephysician leadership and supervise Nurse Practitioners. Lead clinical teams toensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Oversee clinical operations,workflows, and provider performance. Support quality improvementinitiatives and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards. Promote integrated medicaland behavioral health services. Participate in providerrecruitment, onboarding, and evaluation. Serve as a key member of theexecutive leadership team and communicate effectively across departments. Provide direct patient careas needed. Schedule: Monday-Friday,8:00 AM-4:30 PM . Occasional evenings, weekends, or off-shift hours asneeded for leadership responsibilities.
