This is a full-time Retail Pharmacist position. The scheduled shift
times will vary. Responsibilities Monitor patient medications to
determine possible medication therapy problems. Fill prescriptions
of Employees utilizing LMH Medical Insurance Assist in
implementation of Med-To-Beds program Fill prescriptions for
uncompensated care program. Managing inventory and process Cardinal
order. Check work of technical staff for accuracy. Provide drug
information to physicians, nurses, and patients. Requirements Pharm
D or Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. 3-5 years Retail Pharmacy
experience preferred, but not required. Licensure as a Pharmacist
in the State of Ohio. Analytic ability to determine drug
appropriateness and evaluate drug instructions. Ability to provide
care for a neo-natal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric
patient population LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such,
may require specific annual education related to specialty
certifications and standards. Licking Memorial Health Systems is an
