Minimum Qualifications: Valid dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as applicable) Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene practices, patient screening, and medical history documentation Current CPR Certification Preferred Experience: Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care Ability to address clinical requirements as needed by the office Physical Requirements: Capability to perform essential duties as required by the office or supervising doctor, with or without reasonable accommodations. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 45 pounds occasionally Willingness to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year Who Are We?
