Medical Assistant Location: Delaware, OH Agency: Pride Health Pay: $20 to $23 per hour Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Medical Assistant to support our client's medical facility based in Delaware, OH 43015. This is a 3-month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Details: Job Name: Medical Assistant Location: Delaware, OH 43015 Duration: 3 months Contract (Possibilities of extension) Payrate: $20-23/hr. On W2/Pay Rate is based on experience. Schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM (40 hrs./ wk.) / Mon to Fri (5 days/wk.) Job Responsibilities: Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures. Room patients and prepare exam rooms for provider visits. Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens in accordance with clinical standards. Conduct point-of-care testing and accurately document results. Maintain patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality at all times. Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines. Qualifications: High school/GED or equivalent. Current, Medical Assistant Certification/ Registration. Experience in a Medical Office practice.
