Implement interventions as part of the therapeutic plan to assist patients with improving functional abilities. Regularly assess and record patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed. Provide patient and family education on home exercises and adaptive equipment. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and deliver multi-disciplinary care. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory healthcare standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Advanced knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced environment Proficient in using electronic health record systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state occupational therapy license NBCOT certification preferred
