ID: 74223834 Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:30 - 18:00) Description: Day shift, 4 - 10hour shifts, 0730-1800 WITH CALL REQUIREMENTSMinimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience.Must have 18 months PERM Cath Lab experience PRIOR to travelMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in circulating, documenting.On call every other weekend or potentially every third weekend depending on staffing, if not on weekend call, call is approximately 2 days a week, if on call on the weekend then1 other on call day that week. Nurse Manager will discuss the on-call rotation and is happy to answer any questions during the phone screenMUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA or American Red Cross BLS & ACLS required.MUST have Epic experienceECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.Traveler must work at least every other holiday. Required certifications need to be ACTIVE with nothing pending. Locals accepted at same BR PBDS Assessment is waived. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required. Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case Facility does not accept any license hits. EFFECTIVE 9/30/22 : Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. Extensions: Candidates may extend with client for a period of 18 months; after which a 6 month break is required. Client may choose to defer the required 6 month break on a case by case basis.
