Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Columbus, OH Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,449 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Opportunity – Bone Marrow Transplant/Hematology Oncology Registered Nurse – Ohio Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-16 week contract, self-scheduling, float to other Med-Surg Oncology units as needed, variable weekend shifts based on unit needs Highlights: Specialty 36-bed unit focused on bone marrow transplant and hematology oncology patients with mixed acuity PCU and medical-surgical care Care for patients receiving autologous, syngeneic, and allogeneic transplants, plus CAR-T therapy Work with complex patient diagnoses including acute and chronic leukemias, lymphomas, multiple myeloma, and myelodysplastic syndromes Epic charting system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory services, rapid response teams, and physical therapy 72-hour orientation with strong emphasis on infection prevention protocols and patient safety Daily census of approximately 33 patients across adults and geriatric populations Requirements: Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience with at least 1 year of current specialty experience Medical-Surgical and oncology experience required (minimum 1 year); Hematology Oncology experience strongly preferred Experience must be within the 3 most recent years Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission) Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program BLS certification required; ACLS and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy certification preferred Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, blood product administration, central line management, PICC line care, and feeding tube management BMT experience, graft rejection management, and stem cell therapy knowledge required 2 professional references required (at least one from manager/director or formal leadership) Must complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing Why It's a Great Opportunity: This role offers the chance to work in a highly specialized bone marrow transplant and hematology oncology environment where you'll make a significant impact on patients facing life-threatening blood disorders and cancers.
