Interventional Radiology Location: Pickerington, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,366 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Interventional Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 hours (07:00 - 17:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: ARRT - Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certifications: BLS Certification (ACLS preferred) Must-Have: Knowledge of anatomy, exposure, positioning, physics, radiation protection, and medical terminology. Must have neuro experience. Willingness to assist in training permanent staff. Description: The Neuro Interventional Radiologic Technologist must be competent as the assistant to the Neuro Interventional Radiologist for diagnostic and interventional procedures. The technologist must become competent as the scrub assistant to the Interventional Radiologist performing invasive procedures. The technologist must maintain competency in the operation and use of angiographic fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT (both diagnostic and interventional uses). The technologist will manage an extensive inventory of lab products. The technologist assists in performing many Neuro Interventional surgical procedures such as cerebral aneurysm coilings, arteriovenous malformations, and stroke interventions. Oncology procedures performed in the lab include biopsies of various organs, chemoembolizations, and Y-90 Radiopharmaceutical Therapies. The technologist assists with uterine artery embolizations, venous lysis of tumors, vertebroplasties, infusion pump placements/revisions, radiofrequency ablations, and other peripheral vascular interventions. This department performs a high volume of procedures annually. The organization features inpatient beds, operating rooms, procedure rooms, an infusion clinic, and an intensive care/acuity adaptable unit.
