medication reconciliation safely Develop individualized treatment
plans and therapeutic interventions Provide patient and family
education and emotional support Conduct crisis intervention when
needed Maintain accurate EMR documentation and follow CPOE
protocols Care Coordination & Leadership Lead shift teams through
effective delegation and communication Collaborate with physicians,
therapists, and interdisciplinary staff Supervise and coordinate
patient care activities Participate in performance improvement and
quality initiatives Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe therapeutic
environment Follow seclusion and restraint protocols per
regulations Report incidents, errors, or hazards promptly Ensure
compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards Professional

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program Active
Registered Nurse license in Ohio CPR certification
Hospital-approved de-escalation certification Preferred
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or advanced
certification Minimum 1 year behavioral health experience Strong
communication and crisis management skills Experience with EMR
documentation systems Compensation Salary: $85,000 – $100,000
