Workday The physician associate will perform comprehensive
cardiothoracic surgery support including suture removal,
pre-operative physical examinations, test ordering, surgical
assistance, prescription writing, patient rounding, chest tube
insertions, and thoracentesis procedures. The role requires
extensive operating room experience with open heart surgeries,
vascular surgeries, and thoracic surgeries. Board certification and
prescriptive authority are mandatory requirements. The position
involves day shift coverage with call responsibilities requiring
7-10 days of call per month across inpatient, clinic, and operating
