Duties: Conduct initial exams, re-exams, and focused physical evaluations Review diagnostic imaging and clinical findings Develop and deliver individualized, results-driven care plans Perform full-spine, specific Gonstead chiropractic adjustments (willing to teach) Recommend physical rehabilitation therapies and complementary modalities Educate patients through one-on-one Reports of Findings and ongoing care discussions Guide patients on lifestyle, nutrition, supplements, and at-home care strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with team members for comprehensive patient care Participate in community health and wellness education initiatives Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in OH Gonstead trained or willing to learn Schedule: Full time Salary (range): $75k-$120k (without a cap) with some associated making up to $212k Benefits: Bonus Compensation PTO Health/Dental/Vision insurance options available 401k with 3% employer match Annual profit share bonus averaging 5-7% annually If you’re a compassionate, driven chiropractor who wants to build a meaningful career, earn what you’re truly worth, and make a lasting impact in your community—we’d love to hear from you.
