The Opportunity Seeking Urgent Care physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, and BLS are required. Current OH state license is required. Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or team coordination experience preferred. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative leadership style preferred. Partner with the Medical Director and Practice Management Team to support daily operations, provider engagement, and high0quality patient care. Promote an ownership mindset – emphasizing accountability for results, responsible resource management, and contributing to a cohesive, supportive provider team culture. Serve as the primary day-to-day leader for Advanced Providers, fostering trust, engagement, and accountability. Model an owner mindset by proactively identifying issues, driving solutions, and following through on commitments. Support staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and retention to ensure reliable, sustainable practice. Promote a positive, inclusive team culture with clear communication, coaching, and timely feedback. Partner with site leadership on operational, quality, and patient experience initiatives. Promote patient support by demonstrating excellent care, fostering trust, and prioritizing patient-centered care. Collaborate professionally with practice and hospital leadership to align on goals, share best practices, and support integrated care delivery. The Practice Memorial Urgent Care - Jerome – Plain City, Ohio Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am-9pm and weekends 9am-6pm. Single provider coverage. Some services available at the urgent care location will include point of care testing as well as x-ray services. If needed, we can refer patients to a primary care physician or specialist.
