Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 22 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. • 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months. • Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission). • This role will require floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • 6 months gap required between for Travel at Facility: James Cancer Hospital and Research. • No previous experience allowed for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research. Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: MS/Tele, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Feeding tube care and management, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Peripheral Line Care/Management Preferred Skills/Experience: Multiple Myeloma, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Starting and maintaining IVs, Sepsis Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Shift & Scheduling: Weekends variable based on unit needs. No set/blocked scheduling. Self-schedule requests accepted to accommodate preferred schedules before finalizing. Floating Requirements: Expected to float to other MedSurg Oncology units. Required Skills/Experience: Care of Patient With, Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias, IV Therapy/ Infusions, Administration of blood & blood products, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line care, Accessing/Managing Ports, Oncologic Emergencies, Acute Tumor Lysis Syndrome (ATLS), Work Settings, Inpatient oncology, Chemotherapy, Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, Monitoring Chemotherapy, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values, Professional Knowledge and Skills, Telemetry Interpretation, Telemetry monitoring Special Requests: RTO required with submission, must be built into contract Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position.
