work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 22 months of
Medical Surgical Oncology experience within the past 3 years. •
Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact
license (required for submission). • This role will require
floating to multiple units • Local & travel allowed. Candidates
living • 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at
Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research and no
current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer
Hospital and Research. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: Required Skills / Experience: Must have MS
oncology and at least 1 year hematology / oncology experience Must
have at least 1 year of current specialty experience for a clinical
pass Required Skills: Inpatient oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant,
IV Therapy/ Infusions, Accessing/Managing Ports, Oncologic
Emergencies, Care of Patient With, Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias,
Multiple Myeloma, Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Chemotherapy,
Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post
Chemotherapy, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values,
Professional Knowledge and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE,
Telemetry Interpretation, Telemetry monitoring Preferred Skills /
Experience: BMT, Graft Rejection, Graft-versus-host disease, Stem
cell therapies, Administration of blood & blood products, Care and
management of ports, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, Sepsis
Required Credentials: Chemo (ONS/ONCC) Unit / Facility Details:
Oncology / Mixed acuity PCU and MS unit Proof of Identification:
Drivers License/State ID Special Requests: Education must be from
an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. References must cover at least
1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3
years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of
signing. Can not apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research
facilities if you have an active application to any of the Ohio
State University facilities. Shift & Scheduling: Day (07:00 -
19:30) / Night (19:00 - 07:30) If you accept a 12D/N rotating
contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination
of both, depending on the department’s needs. Shift assignments are
reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not
guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
Weekend Requirement: Variable based on unit needs Pre-Approved Time
Off: 1 Request Floating Requirement: To other MedSurg Oncology
units Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer
position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to
receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon
request. All time off requests must be submitted at application.
Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly
upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require
a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the
offer must be declined. 14 days maximum time off. Start assignment
restriction: 7 days 1 reference from last 2 years
