Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Join a High-Quality Team Our growing dental practice in Mt. Gilead, Ohio is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are a modern, patient-focused office that values high-quality care, teamwork, and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This is a great opportunity for a hygienist who enjoys building relationships with patients and taking pride in delivering excellent care. Responsibilities • Perform dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance • Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos • Conduct periodontal charting and oral health assessments • Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventative care • Assist the doctor with diagnosis by providing thorough clinical findings • Maintain accurate patient records and charting • Ensure proper sterilization and infection control protocols • Create a comfortable, welcoming environment for patients Qualifications • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Ohio • Local anesthesia certification preferred • Strong communication and patient education skills • Ability to work well with a team and maintain a positive attitude • Commitment to providing excellent patient care What We Offer • Competitive pay • Supportive team environment • Modern technology and systems • Opportunity to grow with a practice focused on excellence in patient care • Consistent schedule and strong patient base Schedule Full-time or part-time available Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location Mt.
