Physical Therapist Location: Zanesville, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,526 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: DAYS: M-F Hours per Shift: 8a-5p Experience: Home Health experience required License: Valid Physical Therapy License Certifications: HCHB experience necessary Description: We are seeking a Physical Therapist for home health services. The candidate must have experience in home health settings. Experience with HCHB is required. This position focuses on providing care in the designated territory.
