Ultrasound Tech Location: Zanesville, OH Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,808 to $2,952 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $78.00 - $82.00/Hourly. Summary: An Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) is a healthcare professional who uses diagnostic ultrasound equipment to create images of internal body structures. This role focuses on general imaging, including abdominal (AB), obstetric and gynecologic (OB-GYN), and small parts (thyroid, breast, scrotum). The technologist assists physicians in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions. Responsibilities: Capture high-quality diagnostic images and ensure proper documentation. Use Doppler ultrasound to assess blood flow when required. Recognize normal vs abnormal findings and flag urgent results. Explain procedures and obtain patient history. Position patients correctly for optimal imaging. Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, Epic EMR experience Required. BLS Certification, ARDMS.
