Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Dayton, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,463 per week Shift Information: Days - 4 days x 10 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift: 10 Hours Experience: Minimum of 1.5 years' experience required. Some level 1 or 2 experience is required. License: Must obtain required license before contract begins. Certifications: BLS certified. Must-Have: Must be able to pass an online EKG tele competency assessment prior to starting assignment. Essential skills include circulating and scrub experience along with vascular experience. Description: Must be able to circulate. Scrub experience required. Vascular experience required. Dayshift options include 4x10s or 5x8s. Every 4th weekend is required. Holidays as assigned during the contract. 4 (8-hour) shifts scheduled in a 4-week period. The facility has 28 operating room suites total. Premier uses da Vinci robotics. There may be a cancellation of 2 shifts due to low census per contract. Agreement may be canceled with 2 weeks' notice without fee or fine. Travelers are not eligible for employee incentives. Previous charge experience is preferable, with a minimum of 2 years in the operating room. Experience with trauma level I and II is required. Required skills include general OR procedures, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, thyroidectomy, abdominal/vaginal hysterectomy, total joint replacement, and specimen handling. Additional skills include wound management and infection control. Candidates must complete required lab work and EKG/dysrhythmia exam within a specified timeframe after signing the contract. All schedule requests should be on the front page of the application at the time of submission, and no requests for time off will be negotiated after the offer. No more than 14 days of time off are allowed during the contract period. Any state RN license is acceptable; temporary licenses may be applied for the contract. The facility does not accept any past license actions. Modules may be required for completion during orientation and annually as specified.
