qualified Oncology RN in Columbus, Ohio, 43210! Job Title: Oncology

Hours Experience: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in
Medical-Surgical and Oncology. License: - Valid nursing license
required. Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Oncology
Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy Certification - Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Must-Have: -
Experience in telemetry monitoring - Interpretation of dysrhythmias
- Use of Rapid Response Teams - Care and management of feeding
tubes - Blood product administration - Central line blood draw and
management - Peripheral line care and management Description: This
position requires expertise in oncology nursing with a focus on
chemotherapy management. Candidates must have a solid foundation in
Medical-Surgical care. Experience with acute lymphoblastic
leukemia, acute myeloid leukemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, and
other hematologic malignancies is essential. The unit specializes
in various types of stem cell transplants, including autologous,
syngeneic, and allogeneic transplants. Providers will also
administer CAR-T therapy and focus heavily on infection prevention
and patient safety protocols. Telemetry skills and the ability to
recognize abnormal lab values are critical. Candidates should have
a strong commitment to quality patient care and effective
communication within a multidisciplinary team. Flexibility in
scheduling is required as assignments may change based on
departmental needs. Two professional references are required,
including one from a leadership role. Experience within the last
three years in the specialty is expected. This role primarily cares
for adult and geriatric populations, emphasizing the acute
