All findings and/or changes regarding the patient are communicated to the RN Case Manager.Minimum QualificationsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation, Certification, Registration, LicenseOHDL - Ohio Driver's LicenseRNL - Registered Nurse License OhioField of Study: NursingYears of Experience: 12SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE Current registered nurse license from the State of Ohio. Knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care. BLS certification. Current driver's licence, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Knowledge of homecare nursing, home intravenous therapy, Medicare regulations, JCAHO standards, home care reimbursement, and basic personal computer skills.1-2 years acute care and homecare RN experience.Additional Job Information-This position is for a full-time RN in the south-western region of Columbus. Previous home health experience is preferred. Looking for an individual with excellent communication and time management skills that can be adaptable and flexible in the home health setting. Responsibilities include supervision of LPN, case management, and direct patient care. Rotating weekends (every 4th weekend) are required.
