Remote Customer Service Representative - OpticalFull-Time; Starts Monday, December 6thTemp-to-hire; $17.00-$18.00 per hourWhat the position offers:Large international corporation with great benefits if hired onRegular schedule, potentially including some weekend days; availability between 7am and 8pm preferredWork from home with equipment provided; Eastern Standard or Central Standard Time zone location required for positionWhat you'll be doing:Responding to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members, clients, providers, and internal/external business partnersResearching and resolving issues/complaints and determining appropriate resolutionsSolving problems and assisting with issues that may not fit the "cookie-cutter" solutionEffectively educating and influencing customers and prospective customers on the value and benefit that the company offers through its products, services, and solutionsIdentifying customer trends and communicating to appropriate business partners, leaders, and divisions; suggesting necessary corrections, changes, or solutions; appropriately elevating situations that could have organizational impactsEffectively maintaining specific line of business customer service standards and support level standardsWho we're looking for:Minimum 1 year of strong call center experienceExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenDemonstrated ability to work with general supervision and take initiative to effectively carry out responsibilitiesAdaptability and dependability
