The ADGM will partner with the DistrictGeneral Manager to plan, lead, and direct the profitable growth of CORT's district operations. This role willteach the right individual all about CORT's business, whilehelping to oversee all operating functions including rental sales, retail sales, general administration, inventory management, warehouse and delivery operations. This is a developmental role and candidates must be able to relocate to one of our 56 Districts within 12-24 months of start.Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes annual bonusMust be able to work Monday - Friday and occasional Saturdays ResponsibilitiesA Day in the Life

• Develop, recommend, and implement policies for the overall district including operating plans and budgets
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Managers, Regional Vice Presidents - Sales and Operations tocoordinate, plan and optimize sales activities
• Direct sales activities in the Clearance Center(s) & Showrooms to increase revenue and inventory utilization
• Direct inventory management efforts, controls, warehousing, and delivery operations
• Direct staffing, salaryadministration, evaluations, and benefit administration
• Make sales and sales maintenance calls
• Ensure employee compliance with established security, sales, and record-keepingprocedures and practices
• Direct the processes involved in business organizational planning, coordination, and execution
• Determine how monies will be spent to get work done
• Order merchandise or prepare requisitions to replenish merchandise QualificationsYou are a Top Contender if You Have:
  • 4-year college degree with 6 + years related work experience
  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, computer proficiency and account development and management skills
  • P&L experience
  • Ability to build relationships with external and internal customers
  • Valid state driver's license and safe driving record
  • Reliable transportation
