experienced Non-CDL Bus Driver to join our elite team in Columbus,
Ohio for our contract with COTA. As a key member, you will be
entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our
passengers, while upholding the highest standards of
professionalism and customer service. /n /n Position Subject to

Safety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by
meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while
adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations. /n
/n - Passenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance
towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides,
and timely disembarkation for all. /n /n - Vehicle Vigilance:
Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and
post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues,
and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
equipment readiness. /n /n - Adherence to Protocols: Uphold company
policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt
enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with
regulatory mandates. /n /n - Other duties as required /n /n/n /n
Qualifications: /n /n/n /n - 21 years or older with a high school
diploma or GED /n /n - A valid Ohio driver's license in good
standing with at least 3 years of motor vehicle history /n /n -
Excellent communication & customer service skills with the ability
to speak and understand English /n /n - Ability to pass a DOT
physical examination; including a background and drug screen; 49
CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs,
including cannabis, for any reason. /n /n - Availability to work
full-time schedules including day, evenings, weekends, and holidays
(MUST be able to work every weekend on Saturday and Sunday) /n /n -
Punctual with an emphasis on attendance /n /n/n /n Physical
Requirements: /n /n/n /n - Must be able to work shifts or flexible
work schedules as needed. /n /n - The employee is generally
subjected to long periods spent sitting and should have the ability
to walk, bend, lift, and push/pull up to 75 pounds /n /n - Work
environment will be mostly outdoors and will deal with inclement
weather including rain, snow, sleet, ice and other types of weather
