Essential Functions You’ll Own: Operational Excellence : You’ll be the mastermind behind smooth operations, ensuring every order is perfect, every customer is delighted, and every corner of the restaurant is neat, clean, and organized. Revenue Optimizatio n: With your keen eye for detail, you’ll manage staffing, control costs, handle inventory, and maintain high standards of food safety all while ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and profitably. Culture Keeper : You’ll set the tone for the restaurant, creating a vibrant, positive atmosphere where your team thrives and delivers top-notch service every day. Requirements: What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2 years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success. Education: A high school diploma is preferred, but what matters most is your leadership, passion, and drive. Skills to Succeed: Lead & Inspire : Be the example that motivates and empowers your team to be their best. Guest Champion : Go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Results-Driven : You’ll focus on driving sales, boosting profitability, and staying detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. Problem Solver : Quick on your feet, you thrive on solving challenges and finding solutions, not assigning blame. You will be expected to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed. You must be able to bend and twist frequently.
