Hogan1 is seeking highly motivated and reliable CDL A Truck Drivers to join our dedicated fleet, offering transportation solutions while ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in our mission to providing innovative and efficient logistics services. Our drivers are essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding client service across our extensive network. Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck and transport goods to various destinations according to scheduled delivery timelines. Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules, adapting to unforeseen conditions such as weather changes or traffic delays. Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Document and log work/rest periods, miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts. Report defects, accidents, or violations and manage documentation related to cargo and deliveries. Proven work experience as a CDL A Driver with a clean driving record. Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc). Ability to drive for extended periods and handle physical workload. Strong organizational and time management skills. Have or be willing to obtain any other relevant certifications as needed (e.g., HAZMAT).
