Overview

When it storms, we capture rain with our drain basins, convey it with pipe, store it using chambers and finally treat it with our water quality products, before safely returning water back to the environment. We also believe in creating a circular economy and are the second largest plastic recycling company in North America. We use plastic shampoo and detergent bottles to create pipe, diverting over 500 million pounds of plastic from landfills every year. Responsibilities

ADS Recruiter - Field Operations
As a Recruiter supporting our field Operations, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring top talent for leadership roles in manufacturing and distribution center environments. This will be accomplished through key internal and external partnerships, strong business acumen, managing agency recruiters and direct requisition management.

Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities for assigned requisitions both direct and indirect through external agencies

Demonstrate success in hiring leadership talent within Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, Quality, CI and more

Contribute to teamwork and sharing knowledge inside the TA team and HR organization

Be innovative: Bring your own ideas of improvements inside the team, look at each process and task with the goal of constantly improving to bring more value to the customer, the team, the organization, and you

Define and build programs that address and support the business from a talent perspective

Insight into Education, Skills and Experience that will help set you apart

Bachelor's Degree preferred

3-5 years' minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level, preferably in both 3rd party and corporate

Experience in Manufacturing and/or Distribution preferred

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully

Solid communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in

Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences
