This is a permanent staff position with Manpower for our office in Parkersburg, West Virginia.What does a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter do? Drive candidate and client satisfaction and loyalty by matching top talent to great work opportunities

• Recruiting - Attract, engage, market, assess and employ candidates
• Hiring - onboard, coach, discipline, advance and terminate associates
• Create a strong candidate pipeline through attraction campaigns and digital outreach programs
• Build relationships with clients to gain clear understanding of their current and future hiring needs to find quality candidates and fill openings quickly
• Conduct Outside Customer Service calls to prospects and reactivate inactive customer accounts.
• Process applicant and associate records efficiently and accurately in compliance with HR regulation
• Compile reports and data from HR systems and databases timely and accurately

    • 1-3 years of recruiting, human resources and customer service experience; sales experience a plus
    • Bachelor's degree is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong computer (MS Office) and organizational skills with great attention to detail
    • Great Customer Service Skills
    • Great team player
