hiring a Tree Crew Leader to oversee daily tree care operations
while mentoring the next generation of arborists. This full-time,
year-round role offers market-competitive compensation aligned to

$32 hourly Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a tree care crew
performing pruning, preservation, and removal work Communicate
clearly with clients, crew members, and operations leadership
Perform and oversee advanced climbing, rigging, and equipment
operations Promote a positive, professional, and safety-first
jobsite culture Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership experience
in a field-based environment ISA Certified Arborist preferred;
certification support provided if needed Desire to grow into
advanced leadership or specialist roles Commitment to safety,
professionalism, and quality workmanship 3–5 years of experience in
professional tree care or arborist operations Valid driver’s
license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain About Company At
